What is DailyToolbox?

DailyToolbox is a comprehensive online platform offering 57+ productivity tools including PDF conversion, image editing, spreadsheet tools, calculators, and developer utilities. All tools run in your browser with no installation required.

Is DailyToolbox free to use?

Yes! DailyToolbox offers a generous free tier with 50 operations per month and 10 MB file size limit. You can upgrade to Pro or Enterprise plans for more operations and larger file sizes.

Do I need to create an account?

No account is required for basic usage. However, creating a free account gives you access to usage tracking, higher limits, and the ability to upgrade for more features.

What counts as an operation?

Each file processed or conversion performed counts as one operation. Viewing tools like the calculator, JSON formatter, or text utilities don't count against your limit.

Security & Privacy

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. All file processing happens in memory and files are never stored on our servers. We use secure HTTPS connections for all transfers, and your files are automatically deleted immediately after processing.

Do you store my uploaded files?

No. All files are processed in memory using BytesIO technology. We never write your files to disk, and they are automatically removed from memory immediately after processing is complete.

What is your privacy policy?

We take privacy seriously. We only collect essential information for account management and usage tracking. We never sell or share your data with third parties. You can view our full privacy policy here.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account at any time from your profile page. This will permanently remove all your data including usage logs and account information, in compliance with GDPR Article 17 (Right to be Forgotten).

Billing & Plans

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days for a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through our secure payment processor. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice.

What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?

Free users will see a prompt to upgrade when they reach their limit. Paid users can continue using the service or upgrade to a higher tier for more operations.

What file formats are supported?

We support a wide range of formats: PDF, Word (DOCX), Excel (XLSX, XLS), CSV, JSON, images (PNG, JPG, WebP, BMP, TIFF), HTML, and more. Each tool page shows the specific formats it accepts.

What is the maximum file size?

File size limits depend on your plan: Free (10 MB), Pro (100 MB), and Enterprise (500 MB). The overall platform limit is 100 MB per file for security reasons.

Do you offer OCR (text recognition)?

Yes! Our OCR tools can extract text from images and scanned PDFs. We support 14 languages including English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and major European languages.

Which browsers are supported?

DailyToolbox works on all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend keeping your browser up to date for the best experience.
